I didn’t set out to be “the meme-coin friend.” I came to Jerry because someone I respect in mining pinged me: “Take a look at JYAI.” I don’t ape because a buddy says so, I check the basics.
Were the socials active beyond hype? Was there a real cadence of exchange listings? Did liquidity and volume look organic, not botted? Was the community building more than memes? What I saw looked legit, so I took a starter position when Jerry sat around a $5M market cap.
My first buy was simple: $1,000, a little over 10 million Jerry. I’d watched what PEPE did and felt Jerry’s narrative rhymed, Matt Furie universe, strong culture, the right chain, and a team actually shipping. As conviction grew, I kept adding. Since then I’ve bought roughly 16 million more tokens and still top up when I can. No hero trades, no leverage—just steady accumulation when the setup looks right.
What really changed my posture from curious to committed was the work rate. The dev is on point, constantly pushing new exchange listings, communicating, and setting a tone that’s more “deliver and document” than “promise and promote.” I’ve been around my share of meme projects; most talk milestones. Jerry keeps ticking them off. That matters, because listings don’t just add venues—they add distribution, liquidity, and legitimacy. For low-caps, that combo is oxygen.
The other edge is the crowd. Jerry’s community is strong in the right ways: people organize, educate, and look out for each other. In our chats you’ll see guidance on avoiding scammers, reminders to verify contracts and links, and a bias toward patience over panic. It feels like a group aligned on building something, not just trying to pass a bag to the next person.
Where do I think this goes? In my view, Jerry has the ingredients to stand alongside PEPE and BRETT over time: recognizable IP lane, relentless execution, and a community that shows up. The project’s climbed without mainstream hype, listed on dozens of exchanges already, and is still early enough to surprise people who only chase what’s already trending. If tier-one listings land and broader visibility kicks in, the flywheel can get very real.
None of this is a guarantee, crypto is volatile and unforgiving—but my approach is the same as day one: do the homework, size responsibly, add when the thesis strengthens, and stick with builders who keep their word. Jerry has earned that from me.
I came for a tip from a mining buddy. I’m staying for a dev who delivers, a community that protects its own, and a meme that’s starting to feel like a movement. Here’s to being early, being patient, and being prepared. (This is my personal view, not financial advice.)
